The best projects of the FOODTURE Connecting Platform will also have the opportunity to participate this year in the Barcelona Gastronomic Forum, one of the industry’s benchmark events ​​​​with more than 16,000 professional visitors. The selected projects will be exhibited in the FOODTURE exhibition area from November 7 to 9 and will also compete in a Pitch to win the Foodture Sustainable Innovation Award on November 8.
